Mr. Sachin Bhattarai is a distinguished Real Estate Appraiser, Researcher and Consultant since May 2018 in Nepal and Internationally. He is licensed as a Civil Engineer by the Nepal Engineering Council and an Insurance Surveyor by the Nepal Insurance Authority. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Sharda University, India, focusing on global real estate valuation practices and trends. As the Executive Chairman and Founder of Kripa Engineering Associates Pvt. Ltd., based in Kathmandu, Nepal, Mr. Bhattarai has led numerous high-impact projects, strengthened key client relationships and played a pivotal role in driving the company’s sustained growth. His expertise is also sought after as a part-time consultant for various organizations, reflecting his adaptability and industry-wide recognition. His leadership is further demonstrated through his roles as a Central Executive Committee Member of the Nepal Valuers Association (5th and 6th Committees) and as the first Individual Member from Nepal in the FIABCI Singapore Chapter—the International Real Estate Federation. Recently, he has been entrusted with leading collaborative valuation initiatives in Nepal with reputed foreign valuation firms. Dedicated to continuous professional advancement, Mr. Bhattarai regularly participates both as speaker and attendee in international conferences across India, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand and Turkey. Recently he has presented his research at the Global Property Congress 2025 in Sydney, Australia, organized by the Australian Property Institute (API), further reflecting his growing international engagement.
