Professional Biography
Sachin Bhattarai is the Executive Chairman and Founder of Kripa Engineering Associates Pvt. Ltd. (KEA), a Nepal based firm specializing in global valuation, ESG and sustainable real estate advisory. With a background in civil engineering and asset valuation, he combines technical expertise, research and strategic leadership to promote transparent and internationally aligned valuation practices.He is pursuing a PhD at Sharda University, India, researching valuation practices and investment decision making in urban Nepal. A licensed Civil Engineer and recognized Surveyor and Loss Assessor, he is committed to professional excellence and the advancement of valuation standards.
Sachin served as a Central Executive Committee Member of the Nepal Valuers Association and was the first individual member from Nepal affiliated with FIABCI Singapore Chapter in 2024 and 2025. He contributes to professional development as a trainer and resource person for banking, finance, insurance and valuation professionals through BFIN and other professional platforms. He also shares technical knowledge through professional articles and industry resources.
His international engagements span India, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Australia, France, Switzerland and Italy. He maintains professional connections with organizations including IOV and AaRVF in India, API in Australia, PINZ in New Zealand, FIABCI Singapore and Ankara University in Turkey. In 2025, he represented Nepal as a presenter at the Australian Property Institute’s Global Property Congress in Sydney, held during its 100th anniversary celebrations, alongside real estate professionals from approximately 40 countries.

Beyond his professional life, Sachin enjoys collecting watches, perfumes, coins and banknotes. He also enjoys reading, travelling and taking long walks alone for reflection and fresh perspectives.
